The 2018 RiteCare Biennial Conference, hosted by the California Scottish Rite Foundation, is a place where speech-language and literacy specialists, audiologists, graduate students, and Scottish Rite leadership gather. Three tracks addressing Communication Disorders, Literacy and Dyslexia, as well as Executive Management allow for a variety of workshops that further the efforts of communication specialists across the country and supports the mission of RiteCare “to help children communicate”.

 

CONFERENCE SCHEDULE:

 

Wednesday, Aug. 8th - Pre-registration 5:00-7:00 pm (no workshop sessions), Registration, Welcome, and Informal Reception hosted in the Century Pavilion

 

Thursday, Aug. 9th - Continental breakfast in Suites A/B/C, Registration 7:00-7:55 am (in front of Boston, Scottdale, and Atlanta meeting rooms), Sessions 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Speech and Language Track in Boston Meeting Room, Literacy Track in Scottsdale Meeting Room, Executive Management Track in Atlanta Meeting Room, Lunch in Suites A/B/C 11:30 am-1:30 pm

 

Friday, Aug. 10th - Poster Session will be during breakfast in Suites A/B/C from 7:25-8:25 am, with Regular Sessions following from 8:30-11:45 am, Speech and Language Track in Boston Meeting Room, Literacy Track in Scottsdale Meeting Room, Executive Management Track in Atlanta Meeting Room

Educational programming will consist of three topic areas:  Speech-Language Pathology/Communication Disorders, Literacy and Dyslexia, and Executive Management.
